Bowen Office Campus

Following the success of the Vogel Office Campus, HMA continued their collaboration with CCM to jointly design the largest single office development yet proposed in New Zealand.  It consists of a campus of four large office buildings with a central eight storey glazed atrium forming a central ‘street’, including cafes and landscaped areas, which connects all four structures.

The development is located in the Parliamentary Precinct in central Wellington and has been designed to meet the New Zealand Green Building Council ‘5 Green Star’ rating for environmentally sustainable design. It is currently on hold, having completed the Developed Design and Resource Consent stages.
