New head offices for one of New Zealand’s most successful retail businesses, the upmarket merino clothing label, Icebreaker. Housed in a Wellington character building office building, simple offices, meeting and sample rooms, and staff facilities have been formed using clear finished timber and plywood, natural aluminium, translucent fibreglass and cement sheet. Translucent walls maintain privacy but allow daylight into the interior of the office spaces.
