Rembrandt Suits Ltd

NZIA Wellington Architecture Award, 2008

This project required a smart, contemporary facelift for a 1960’s suit factory in an industrial suburb of Lower Hutt. HMA’s concept demonstrates that no matter what the budget or setting, industrial buildings reap the same benefits of strong design as their inner city counterparts. A new entry, reception, offices, cafeteria and showroom facilities have transformed the worker and visitor experience and contributed strongly to the Rembrandt brand of high quality materials and fine detailing.
