Scenario Office Fitout

HMA designed the Wellington office fit-out for Scenario, a brand strategy and development company.  Located in an old warehouse space, office functions are rationally organised to allow maximum transparency with the minimum of solid partitions.  Privacy is provided using carefully placed white lacquered joinery and glass screens that contrast with the heavy building fabric.  A café area is central to the space, enabling informal meetings and conversation amongst and between staff and clients. A formal meeting area is provided in a separate glazed room. The resulting design has created a well-functioning, light-filled work environment, which perfectly matches the client’s own brand and office culture.
