The earlier Wellington project set the tone for this Auckland film production and post-production facility.  Once again, the internal spaces for the film production side (Silverscreen) are arranged around a central atrium space which admits light and natural ventilation, contrasting the post-production side (Oktobor) contained in highly controlled artificially lit spaces.

The Silverscreen building is capped with a penthouse apartment.
