Vogel Office Campus

HMA was engaged to assist CCM Architects with the design and Resource Consent process for a 1950s office building re-development, which also incorporated an adjacent empty site.  The additions needed to be analysed and reworked in consideration of: a neighbouring NZHPT listed pub; an on-going value management process; and some proposed changes to the District Plan’s Central Area Rules. A series of possible solutions were investigated in consultation with all relevant parties.  A proposal was presented using our Revit software and the client gained a Non-notified Resource Consent.  CCM proceeded with the Detailed Design and construction is now completed.
