The first of the two sister buildings, Silverscreen/ Octobor Wellington set the tone for the subsequent Auckland project.  The requirements of the Wellington project were similar to Auckland, hence the open/enclosed concept that was used for both.

Transforming a former nightclub, a series of linked spaces are distributed around a luminous atrium while dramatic office spaces address the street.
