OFFICE CAMPUS II

Following the success of a previous project (Refer ‘Office Campus I’), HMA has continued their collaboration with CCM to jointly design the largest single office development yet proposed in New Zealand.  It consists of a campus of 4 large office buildings with a central 8 storey glazed atrium forming a ‘street’ with cafes and landscaped areas which connects all 4 structures.

The development is located in central Wellington and has been designed to meet the New Zealand Green Building Council ‘5 Green Star’ rating for environmentally sustainable design. It is currently proceeding through the Resource Consent process
